AIDS Walk Philly
ActionAIDS have been participating in the Philadelphia AIDS Walk since its first year in 1986. By organizing Team #5 ActionAIDS receives 100% of every dollar that our team and our sub-teams raise. We have few expenses so it is a great opportunity to see your funds make a difference!
AIDS Walk Philly is Sunday, October 21st. Please help us make ActionAIDS Team #5 the number one fundraising team, and tell us why you walk #whyiwalk on Twitter.
The Walk is organized by the AIDS Fund, and benefits HIV/AIDS organizations in the Delaware Valley in support of education, prevention, and services.
DETAILS FOR MORNING OF THE WALK
ActionAIDS Team #5 and all of our subteams will be meeting on Eakin's Oval between the parking Lot and the center fountain - if you are facing the Art Museum we will be on the left. We will have a tent with balloons and the ActionAIDS logo.
We will have coffee, tea, juice, muffins, yogurt, and a fabulously fun gift to make our walkers stand out from the rest!
We will be setting up the table at about 7 am, we will get a Runners Team Picture taken at 7:45 - the run starts at 8 am, and the Walkers Team Picture at 8:45 - the Walk starts at 9 am.
Please try to be at the ActionAIDS banner by those times - the team PICS will not be the same without you! Thank you so much for making a difference - it would not happen without you!
If you have any questions about signing up, please email Justin.
