February 8, 2012 -- The Ryan White Planning Council (RWPC) is one of the most important groups for people with HIV/AIDS in Philadelphia. The RWPC is a part of the Office of HIV Planning Philadelphia, and determines how money should be allocated for people with HIV/AIDS.
