Positive Action is a program that helps those who are seeking employment, become better prospective employees. Positive Action is not solely offered to individual’s case managed at Action AIDS, but is open to anyone (who has a Case Manager) living with HIV/AIDS in the Philadelphia area.

Positive Action assists consumers with reaching their vocational goals by creating resumes, cover letters and email addresses, along with facilitating employment searches, on-line applications or linking individuals to training courses that would improve or add onto their skill sets.

Positive Action offers information sessions (dates are on the agency calendar) where we discuss the program and general topics such as employment barriers and resources, securing and maintaining employment, and each participants vocational/educational needs and goals.
